    1. Hi Mary, we did a number of enhancements to the search.
      – We added a dropdown that allows the user to specify the search source (catalog, knowledge, etc.).
      – Instead of mixing the results, it groups the results by type
      – We show suggested searches before the user starts typing.
      – Contextual search based on location in the portal

      We also worked closely with the client to configure ZING to have more accurate relevancy scores.
